About Morningstar
Morningstar is a gritty sci-fi dystopia run by untouchable, unimaginably wealthy elites. War is constant, being waged over resources, petty disputes, or as set dressing for a high-class TV show.
Morningstar as a whole is a multimedia project that not only creates short films, but also comics, tabletop miniatures, short stories and more!
My Role
I am the Animation Lead for Morningstar’s Cinematics team. I was brought on during the production of episode 3 to help bring it across the finish line. I directed a team of five animators to create the film using motion capture in Unreal Engine 5. The episode gathered over 700,000 views and secured funding for a finale, which is in active production.
